Cancellation Policy
At LANNALUXE, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and allow adequate time for rescheduling, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Cancellations or appointment changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Payment & Agreement
By booking an appointment with LANNALUXE, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking, and is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.
