Welcome to LANNALUXE. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid payment method may be required to secure your booking.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a 50% fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, with the full fee still applicable.

3. Health Information & Treatment Suitability
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete health information prior to treatment. This ensures treatments are delivered safely and appropriately.

LANNALUXE reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Massage and facial treatments are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Private Health Rebates
Private health rebates may be available for eligible Remedial massage treatments. Clients are responsible for confirming their level of cover with their health fund.
5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

A $50 deposit is required when booking all services. The remainder is required at the time of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LANNALUXE is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from treatments provided, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of LANNALUXE and may not be reproduced without permission.
